Hazelbeach is a quiet village on the north side of the Milford Haven, opposite Pembroke Dock. A small, free car park with toilets is just a few yards from the shore - access to which is down steps or a slipway. A pub (The Ferry House) is also just a few yards away.
The shore consists of sandstone pebbles and shells; although slipper limpets are numerous, there are also top shells, tower shells and winkles. There are plenty of well-maintained public footpaths locally, so it's a good base for walking.
